Cheryl Efird
2011 Board President

Cheryl, a native of Webb City, has over thirty years of experience in the real estate field as a bank loan officer, stock transfer agent and both commercial and residential real estate sales.

Cheryl has been a premier agent with Keller Williams Realty of SW MO. She has served as an OGAR director and as a member of the MLS committee.

Cheryl is also a member of and has served on the boards of the Joplin Shrine Ladies Auxiliary, the Joplin Ladies Elks and the Soroptomist Club.

Melissa Annis
2013 President Elect

Melissa Annis's corporate background in Marketing & Public Relations led her to begin her Real Estate career in 1997 as the Advertising/Public Relations Director for a local Real Estate company. After receiving her real estate license in 2001, she began her journey through the ranks of the Ozark Gateway Association of REALTORS(R). She has been on numerous committees, acted as Chair for the Policy & Procedures Task Force, as well as chairing the MLS and Strategic Planning committees.

Debbie Barlos, GRI, SRS
2012 President

Debbie Barlos, Broker Salesperson, started her Real Estate career in 2001. Her prior Corporate Business Background and her College degree, has allowed her the priviledge of being a Director for the OGAR leadership team since 2006.
In the past few years she has continued adding to her Educational experience by obtaining both her GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and the SRS (Seller Residential Specialist) designations. Debbie works at Pro 100 Realtors in Joplin.

Most recently, she has participated on various board committees. 2008 brought the opportunity to serve as a Director at the state level for the Missouri Association of Realtors (MAR).

She has been on the OGAR Board of Directors since 2005.
Melissa joined Keller Williams when they opened in 2006. She was the recipient of OGAR's Spirt Award in 2006 and the REALTOR(R) of the Year award in 2007. Melissa is proud to have been selected for Missouri Association of REALTORS(R)'s Leadership Academy which she is currently attending.
