Local Leadership Academy

For 10 years, the OGAR Local Leadership Academy has helped develop and inspire the next generation of leaders in our REALTOR® community. Through engaging sessions, hands-on experiences, and opportunities to connect with local and industry leaders, the Academy equips participants with the knowledge, confidence, and relationships needed to make a meaningful impact.
